| 1) E-IT Solutions
Ltd (UK) must be the only IT service provider during the period
of the contract.
2) On-Site engineers can be called out at any time during working
hours with the minimum call out time being 1 hour.
3) Discounts have been applied on the basis that all on-site hours
are used
4) Discounts will be null and void if the contract is terminated
within the 6 month period
5) Two weeks notice is required to cancel and terminate the contract
6) If the contract is terminated any outstanding hours will be refunded
minus any discounts. Outstanding hours will be calculated
on a pro-rata basis
7) Every effort will be made to stick to our stated response times
however our response times cannot be guaranteed.
8) Any on-site time that has not been used during the 6 month period
of the contract can either be i) added on to the next
contract if renewed
ii) can be used to discount the next contract if renewed
iii) can be used ad hoc without signing a new
contract
iv) can be refunded without the discounts that
apply for the for the entire contract
9) If all contract hours are used up then additional hours can be
bought up in blocks of 10 hrs at the same discounted rate
within the contract period
10) E-IT Solutions Ltd (UK) will not be liable for any data loss,
hardware failure or software corruption
11) Monthly instalments can be made by either bank transfer or standing
order on the first working day of every month.
